Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping: Available for all orders within the UAE. Costs are calculated based on order weight and destination, displayed at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery within the UAE. Costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- International Shipping: Available to select countries in the GCC (e.g., Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain) and other international destinations. Shipping fees, including any applicable customs or import duties, will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or fees imposed by their country.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends (Friday and Saturday in the UAE) and public holidays.
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times

UAE Orders:
- Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Same-day or next business day delivery in major cities (e.g., Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah).
- GCC Orders: 3-7 business days, depending on destination.
- International Orders: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the UAE, GCC countries, and select international destinations.
- Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or UAE export regulations. These will be noted on the product page.
- We do not ship to PO boxes for certain products.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
- If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team at support@faek.ae.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@faek.ae. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
